When you have made a booking, you will get an invoice set at SEK 2 500,- This amount will later be deducted from your rental fee. This first invoice must be paid within 7 days from receiving the booking confirmation from us. Otherwise the booking will not be valid. Up until 7 days before your first rental day, you may change och cancel your booking without any costs. If you want to change or cancel your booking later than that, and you do not have a valid medical certificate, we will not refund your initial payment of SEK 2 500,-

Weekend (1-3 days) includes 1 000 free kilometers – after that it costs SEK 2,- per kilometer.
Long weekend (4-5 days) includes 1 500 free kilometers – after that it costs SEK 2,- per kilometer.
Week (6-8 days) includes 2 000 free kilometers – after that it costs SEK 2,- per kilometer.

We want you to have a great experience when you rent a camper from us. Thus, we prefer to meet you and go through all the major functions of the camper when you pick it up. Please, plan for this in your time schedule.

When you return the camper, we will inspect its condition together. If the camper is very dirty, please clean it up sufficiently for us to be able to do this inspection. There will be an additional fee if the camper is too dirty or smelly. There is also a fee if you have been smoking in the camper. If we have agreed to you leaving the camper when our office is closed, you must be aware of the fact that you are responsible for the camper until our office is open again. In those cases, we will inspect the vehicle on our own. Any damages will be charged afterwards. The camper must be cleaned on the inside upon return, unless you have bought our cleaning service.

You are responsible if the car disappears or gets damaged during your rental period. You are also responsible for any traffic violations or other costs during your rental period.

Read your leasing agreement carefully. You will get your leasing agreement when you pick up your camper. Please note that your insurance is not valid if you do not abide by the responsibilities in the leasing agreement.

We will inspect the vehicle together when you pick up your camper to make sure there are no damages when your rental period starts.

The camper is delivered to you cleaned, washed and with a full tank of fuel. We expect it to be returned in the sam state. You may also buy our cleaning services for SEK 595,- You must, however, always return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. Otherwise we will charge you the cost of filling it up with fuel. The camper needs to be clean enough for us to do a damage inspection. If you chose to clean the car yourself, you must:

• Vacuum and dust off the campers insides.
• The refrigerator must be empty and wiped on the inside.
• All kitchen appliances and the grill must be cleaned.
• Stove and sink must be cleaned.
• Bathroom (not on California Ocean) must be cleaned.
• Rented bedsheets and towels are to be placed on the floor.
• The toilette tank must be emptied and cleaned (not on the California Ocean). You may buy this service for SEK 300 (not included in the normal cleaning service).
• If the vehicle is not washed enough for us to perform a damage inspection, you will be charged an additional fee of SEK 500.

There is a bucket, rags and detergents in all vehicles.
